Our Ts&Cs can be found here www.pigletspantry.co.uk/tcs/ please make sure to read this in full before placing your order.

When placing an order you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

Do you deliver to me?

We deliver across mainland UK, with some exceptions for parts of Scotland.  If you’re planning delivery to Scotland, please get in touch with info@pigletspantry.co.uk

Sorry, we can’t deliver to Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands or any other UK island at the moment. We just can’t get across the water in good time!

How do I order?

There are a number of ways to order. If you don’t want to order through our ‘Shop’ page on the website you can call us directly on 01903215054 or drop our lovely team a Piglet mail on info@pigletspantry.co.uk. Prepayment is required for all orders prior to collection.

When will my order arrive?

Due to COVID and everybody going online shopping mad, our drivers are working really hard to get all your deliveries to you but we can not guarantee that they will arrive in the afternoon of the day you have chosen.

On some rare occasions, our orders may arrive the day after your chosen date. So, if there is a special occasion please order to arrive the day before you need it just to be safe.

Our deliveries mostly arrive anywhere between 8 am – 6 pm so please plan your day accordingly.

Can I make changes to what's in my box?

A lot of work goes into planning and preparing our Afternoon Tea boxes, including allergen labelling and checking, nutritional data, printing and training our team so we are unable to make individual changes to boxes.

We offer a wide range of tea variations so hope we have something that everyone will love!

The UK Food Information Amendment, also known as Natasha’s Law, comes into effect from October 2021 and will require food businesses to provide full ingredient lists and allergen labelling on foods prepackaged for direct sale on the premises. The legislation is being introduced to protect allergy sufferers and give them confidence in the food they buy. Piglet’s are fully committed to providing full allergen information on all our boxes both on our website and with the product when we send it.

Due to Natasha’s Law we are not able to mix the box, substitute products or make any changes to the box contents. This will effectively be breaking the law from October 2020, we do have a wide variety of products including vegetarian and vegan boxes, if you are looking to split a box why not try our Thank you box for one which we have in meat, vegetarian and vegan options.

We thank you for your understanding and hope this explains our situation.

All our food arrives from us to you fresh, never frozen. We have dry ice bags in all of our boxes to keep everything chilled upon arrival that should arrive empty as it has dissipated throughout the box in its journey to you.

How do I find out about Allergens?

All allergens are highlighted in bold in the ingredients for each product in our online shop. If you have any further queries on allergens or nutritional details for our products, please contact sales@pigletspantry.co.uk. Also see our allergens page

Can I get my Piglets Gluten Free?

One of the downsides to making our own herby shortcrust pastry is that amount of flour that we store and handle in our kitchens. This makes it impossible to make any of our products gluten-free due to the risk of cross-contamination.

What’s this circle of paper on the top of my pie?

Don’t be confused by our signature rice paper topper. It’s completely edible and just there to confirm what amazing filling is inside the pie. If it’s black and white its got a meat filling, if its green its vegetarian and if its purple its one of our brand new Purple Sprouting Vegan products

Do you cater for parties?

We can offer catering for your special event. Please call us or email info@pigletspantry.co.uk with details of your enquiry to find out more.

Do you do a NHS discount?

We do! Please email us a photo of some proof of employment to us at info@pigletspantry.co.uk

Why can't I find a specific item anymore?

We have seasonal variants that change every few months to ensure we can use only the best seasonal ingredients and so we can keep our menu fresh and exciting.

Our Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring afternoon teas will always come back when the season is right so keep an eye out!

Is all of your packaging recyclable?

Yes! Our boxes, padding and Bio-Plastic inserts are 100% recyclable and doesn’t have any negative impact on the environment.
