Can I make changes to what's in my box?

A lot of work goes into planning and preparing our Afternoon Tea boxes including checking allergens and producing accurate labelling that reflects the contents of the box, providing accurate nutritional data on the recipes we produce and training our team. Due to this we are unable to make individual changes to boxes.

We offer a wide range of tea variations so hope we have something that everyone will love!

The UK Food Information Amendment, also known as Natasha’s Law, came into effect in October 2021 and requires all food businesses to provide full ingredient lists and allergen labelling on foods pre packed for direct sale on the premises. The legislation was introduced to protect allergy sufferers and give them confidence in the food they buy. The whole team at Piglet’s Pantry are fully committed to providing full allergen information on all our boxes both on our website and with the product when we send it and because of this we are not able to substitute products or make any changes to box contents. To help our customers with allergens or special dietary requirements enjoy Piglets Pantry we introduced our Tea boxes for 1 so you can order suitable boxes for each person to enjoy.

We thank you for your understanding and hope this explains our situation.

How do I find out about Allergens?

All allergen information can be found here. Please make sure to check any allergen information before placing an order. If you have any further queries on allergens or nutritional details for our products, please contact sales@pigletspantry.co.uk.

Can I get my Piglets Gluten Free?

One of the downsides to making our own herby shortcrust pastry is that amount of flour that we store and handle in our kitchens. This makes it impossible to make any of our products gluten-free due to the risk of cross-contamination.

What’s this circle of paper on the top of my pie?

Don’t be confused by our signature rice paper topper. It’s completely edible and just there to confirm what amazing filling is inside the pie.

Do you cater for parties?

We can offer catering for your special event. Please call us or email info@pigletspantry.co.uk with details of your enquiry to find out more.

Do you do a NHS discount?

We do! Please email us a photo of some proof of employment to us at info@pigletspantry.co.uk

Why can't I find a specific item anymore?

We have seasonal variants that change every few months to ensure we can use only the best seasonal ingredients and so we can keep our menu fresh and exciting.

Our Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring afternoon teas will always come back when the season is right so keep an eye out!

Is all of your packaging recyclable?

Yes! Our boxes, padding and Bio-Plastic inserts are 100% recyclable and doesn’t have any negative impact on the environment.
