Do you deliver to me?
We deliver across mainland UK, with some exceptions for parts of Scotland. If you’re planning delivery to Scotland, please get in touch with info@pigletspantry.co.uk
Sorry, we can’t deliver to Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands or any other UK island at the moment. We just can’t get across the water in good time!

How do I order?
When will my order arrive?
Our drivers work really hard to get all your deliveries to you, but we can not guarantee that they will arrive in the afternoon of the day you have chosen.
On some rare occasions, our orders may arrive the day after your chosen date. So, if there is a special occasion please order to arrive the day before you need it just to be safe.
Our deliveries mostly arrive anywhere between 8 am – 8 pm so please plan your day accordingly.
Can I make changes to what's in my box?
A lot of work goes into planning and preparing our Afternoon Tea boxes including checking allergens and producing accurate labelling that reflects the contents of the box, providing accurate nutritional data on the recipes we produce and training our team. Due to this we are unable to make individual changes to boxes.
We offer a wide range of tea variations so hope we have something that everyone will love!
The UK Food Information Amendment, also known as Natasha’s Law, came into effect in October 2021 and requires all food businesses to provide full ingredient lists and allergen labelling on foods pre packed for direct sale on the premises. The legislation was introduced to protect allergy sufferers and give them confidence in the food they buy. The whole team at Piglet’s Pantry are fully committed to providing full allergen information on all our boxes both on our website and with the product when we send it and because of this we are not able to substitute products or make any changes to box contents. To help our customers with allergens or special dietary requirements enjoy Piglets Pantry we introduced our Tea boxes for 1 so you can order suitable boxes for each person to enjoy.

How do I use my Groupon code?
- Go to PIGLETS SHOP and a menu will pop up.
- Please select product – please select the item that you purchased, CLASSIC TEA FOR TWO or our seasonal variant afternoon tea, make sure that you select the one you purchased, or the code will not work. Please note that if you have purchased a product from a seasonal range like “Garden Party” or “Hello Spring”, it could change to a different product as per the seasonal changes
- Next, scroll down to ADD TO CART – this will take you through to YOUR CART.
- In the top left-hand corner, you will see the box reading “COUPON CODE”. Add your Groupon Code – remember they always start with GRPN.
- After entering the code select APPLY COUPON. You can then scroll down and see that your cart has taken off the money just leaving you to make a payment of £5.95 for delivery.
- Press UPDATE CART. This will make the price change to delivery fee only.
- Don’t forget to add in your delivery date using the DELIVERY DATE box – select the day before if it’s an important date as your order can arrive any time between 7 am to 5 pm. Please note that we don’t deliver on a Sunday or Monday.
- Then click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
- BILLING DETAILS – Complete your purchase by adding in your NAME and ADDRESS and don’t forget to add your mobile number so the couriers can send you a text message on the day of delivery advising you of a two-hour delivery slot.
- SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS? – Don’t forget to add in a separate address under here if are you sending to someone else. You can use the Billing address by checking the tick box if it’s going to you.
- Fill in your credit card details and then select PLACE ORDER.

Does my food arrive frozen?
Can I freeze my Piglets Pies and Sausage Rolls?
How do I cook my Piglets Products?
Pies:
Keep chilled in the fridge (or freeze for up to 3 months)
– Cook from chilled – 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until piping hot in the middle
– Cook from frozen – 175°C for 35-40 minutes or until piping hot in the middle
Sausage rolls & sausage roll wreaths:
Keep chilled in the fridge (or freeze for up to 3 months)
– Cook from chilled – 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until piping hot in the middle
– Cook from frozen – 175°C for 35-40 minutes or until piping hot in the middle
Afternoon Teas
How to enjoy your perfect afternoon tea:
- Remove scones and keep in a cool dry place, keep the rest of the box chilled in the fridge until needed
- Re-heat sausage rolls on 180°C for 10-12 minutes
- Re-heat scotch eggs on 160°C for 10 minutes
- Warm tarts on 160°C for 10 minutes
- Warm the scones on 160°C for 10 minutes
- Take the cakes out and bring them up to room temperature
Scones
Our scones are fresh without additives, the best way to enjoy them is to not put them in the fridge and warm them in the oven on 60°C for 10 minutes
Cakes and brownies
Store in a cool dry place except for the Chocolate Jaffa which MUST be kept in the fridge
Scotch eggs
Re-heat scotch eggs on 160°C for 10 minutes
Cookies
Store in a cool dry place
Quiches
Cook from chilled – 160°C for 10 minutes or until piping hot in the middle

- Select the item that you purchased, CLASSIC TEA FOR TWO or our seasonal variant afternoon tea, make sure that you select the one you purchased, or the code will not work. Please note that if you have purchased a product from a seasonal range like “Garden Party” or “Hello Spring” it could change to a different product as per the seasonal changes listed in the Groupon terms and conditions. OR select either a letterbox cookie or brownie if your Groupon code is from the LETTERBOX range.
- Next, scroll down to ADD TO CART – this will take you through to YOUR CART.
- In the top left-hand corner, you will see the box reading “COUPON CODE”. Now add your Groupon Code – remember they always start with GRPN.
- After entering the code select APPLY COUPON. You can then scroll down and see that your cart has taken off the money just leaving you to make a payment of £6.50 for a weekday delivery or £8.05 for a Saturday delivery.
- Press UPDATE CART. This will make the price change to delivery fee only.
- Don’t forget to add in your delivery date using the DELIVERY DATE box – select the day before if it’s an important date as your order can arrive any time between 8 am to 8 pm. Please note that we don’t deliver on a Sunday or Monday.
