Piglets Pantry offers a delivery service Tuesday to Friday. Deliveries to be made on a Saturday are at additional cost. We regret that we cannot guarantee delivery times, please ensure you, therefore, enter the correct delivery date. Note: If you need your food for a specific timed event we recommend ordering for the day before. All items are subject to availability.

The date and time of delivery shall not be the essence of the contract. Any failure by us to make delivery on any particular date shall not entitle the customer to refuse the delivery or to claim for any expenses, loss of profits or other consequential losses whatsoever.

Certain products are available for Next Day Delivery. Orders must be placed before 12pm on qualifying days. Orders must be placed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays to qualify for Next Day Delivery. Saturday delivery charges still apply. Delivery T&Cs mentioned previosuly still apply. Next Day Delivery cannot be guaranteed. Only one Letterbox product can be purchased per transaction to qualify for Next Day Delivery.

For large orders, contact our customer service team before placing your order as additional charges may incur due to postage costs.

Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer on receipt of payment and dispatch of purchase. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. Once Piglets Pantry Ltd has dispatched the goods to our third-party courier, we cannot be held responsible for any failure on their part to deliver on your chosen date.

Please note that deliveries are not possible on bank holidays, Mondays or Sundays. Any customer collections from Piglets Pantry HQ can be collected Tuesday to Friday 12pm – 4pm and can be organised via phone call or email from 12 pm on weekdays.

Please note we will not print gift cards or messages that contain any of the following terms. Profanities, racial, homophobic or sexist language or any other material we deem to be offensive and do not wish to have associated with our business.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery address details for the recipient given are correct, Piglets Pantry Ltd cannot accept any responsibility or costs for non-delivery to the intended recipient or losses in such circumstances. If the customer has entered the incorrect details then that is not the responsibility of Piglets Pantry. Note: We send out two emails showing the items ordered and the address they are being delivered to. One at point of order and one the day prior to the item being sent out for delivery. It is your responsibility to check these emails for the correct delivery address.

Due to our products being perishable goods, the customer is not able to alter the delivery date with our third-party courier once the products have departed our facility. If the customer requires a change in date they must contact Piglet’s Pantry directly as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request but this cannot be guaranteed.

On the day of delivery of your goods, our third-party couriers will attempt to deliver on our behalf between approx. 8AM and 6PM. If no one is home to take delivery, the courier will attempt to leave the goods in a safe place or with a neighbour. Piglets Pantry Ltd strongly recommends that the sender advises the recipient to expect delivery.

Ensuring that the recipient is going to be at the delivery address, on the day of delivery, remains the responsibility of the sender. Piglets Pantry Ltd cannot accept responsibility or costs incurred in such circumstances. Piglets Pantry Ltd cannot accept responsibility or any costs incurred as the result of a delay in delivery by the third-party courier. This may be due to adverse weather conditions or accident etc. In such cases, a complimentary online credit voucher may be offered as a gesture of goodwill. The value of which will be determined by the damage incurred and will not be more than the value of the product.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be used against alcohol, gift cards or bespoke cakes.

Amendments can be made up to the point at which you click on ‘place order’ on the final page of our ordering process. It may be possible to amend a submitted order by contacting info@pigletspantry.co.uk. This is entirely at our discretion.

We ensure that all our products leave Piglets Pantry Ltd in perfect condition. In the unlikely event, you are unhappy with the product or service received please contact us via email with photographic proof at info@pigletspantry.co.uk within 48hrs of receiving the item or the expected delivery date. We may ask you to return them to us in the original packaging so we can investigate the problem and rectify it or if appropriate, provide a refund. Please note compensation will not exceed the original total paid for items. Our customer service team will offer you a refund for your missing items or replacement. The customer will be able to choose but we cannot offer both. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
