Piglets Pantry offers a delivery service Tuesday to Friday. Deliveries to be made on a Saturday are at additional cost. We regret that we cannot guarantee delivery times, please ensure you, therefore, enter the correct delivery date. Note: If you need your food for a specific timed event we recommend ordering for the day before. All items are subject to availability.
The date and time of delivery shall not be the essence of the contract. Any failure by us to make delivery on any particular date shall not entitle the customer to refuse the delivery or to claim for any expenses, loss of profits or other consequential losses whatsoever.
Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer on receipt of payment and dispatch of purchase. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. Once Piglets Pantry Ltd has dispatched the goods to our third-party courier, we cannot be held responsible for any failure on their part to deliver on your chosen date.
Please note that deliveries are not possible on bank holidays, Mondays or Sundays. Any customer collections from Piglets Pantry HQ can be collected Tuesday to Friday 12pm – 4pm and can be organised via phone call or email from 12 pm on weekdays.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery address details for the recipient given are correct, Piglets Pantry Ltd cannot accept any responsibility or costs for non-delivery to the intended recipient or losses in such circumstances. If the customer has entered the incorrect details then that is not the responsibility of Piglets Pantry. Note: We send out two emails showing the items ordered and the address they are being delivered to. One at point of order and one the day prior to the item being sent out for delivery. It is your responsibility to check these emails for the correct delivery address.
On the day of delivery of your goods, our third-party couriers will attempt to deliver on our behalf between approx. 8AM and 6PM. If no one is home to take delivery, the courier will attempt to leave the goods in a safe place or with a neighbour. Piglets Pantry Ltd strongly recommends that the sender advises the recipient to expect delivery.
Ensuring that the recipient is going to be at the delivery address, on the day of delivery, remains the responsibility of the sender. Piglets Pantry Ltd cannot accept responsibility or costs incurred in such circumstances. Piglets Pantry Ltd cannot accept responsibility or any costs incurred as the result of a delay in delivery by the third-party courier due to adverse weather conditions or accident. In such cases, a complimentary online credit voucher may be offered as a gesture of goodwill. The value of which will be determined by the damage incurred and will not be more than the value of the product.
Amendments can be made up to the point at which you click on ‘place order’ on the final page of our ordering process. It may be possible to amend a submitted order by contacting email@example.com. This is entirely at our discretion.
