WE’VE SPENT YEARS PERFECTED OUR SCOTCH EGG. IT’S ALL ABOUT THE BALANCE OF MEAT TO EGG AND CRUST, AND THAT’S WHAT WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON AT PIGLETS.

ALL OF OUR SCOTCH EGGS ARE LOVINGLY HANDMADE USING UK PORT AND FREE-RANGE EGGS. FOR WINTER, WE’VE ADDED CRANBERRY AND ROSEMARY TO OUR SAUSAGE MEAT. WE GENTLY WRAP THIS AROUND OUR EGGS, ROLL IN A PANKO CRUMB AND FRY UNDER OUR CAREFUL WATCH.

OUR SCOTCH EGGS ARE SIMPLY HARD TO BEAT.
