PIGLETS PANTRY is an Award-Winning food producer based in Worthing, West Sussex. We supply hand filled pies, handmade sausage rolls, cakes and biscuits to venues up and down the UK including but not limited to Football, Rugby, Cricket & Horseracing venues.  

Employing 25 people with dedicated sales and production teams, we have seen our business triple over the last 7 years due to the fact we offer a high quality, British product but in unique volumes. Piglets offer our clients bespoke solutions for their needs, tailoring our products to meet the requirements of clients, sponsors and most importantly fans.

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, upbeat, career driven individual to join our office team looking after our Social Media & Marketing. You will create engaging content for Piglets Pantry’ social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Developing social media marketing strategies internally in line with the company objectives
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
  • Track and record your progress and creating reports using metrics
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns using google adwords, wordpress, facebook, twitter and social media as well as video campaigns on youtube etc.
  • Design of social media content, such as Instagram In posts and stories
  • Manage company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
  • Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
  • Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content
  • Optimizes content following search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC)
  • Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
  • Works to develop large social media campaigns
  • Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
  • Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
  • Works closely with Management team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy
  • Writes and distributes e-newsletters to subscribers
  • Manages social media communications
  • Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits
  • Carry out competitive brand analysis
  • Develop affiliate programmes

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in a field such as Business, Marketing, Market Research or Graphic Design, Digital Marketing would be ideal but no essential
